Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns:

  • Super Dine accepts returns within 2 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
  • Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Perishable items, customized orders, or items that have been used or opened are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Super Dine is at fault.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Customers must contact Super Dine’s customer service team within the specified return period to initiate the return process.
  • Provide clear instructions on how customers can reach out to request a return (e.g., email, phone number, online form).

4. Refund Exceptions:

  • In cases where the returned product is damaged due to mishandling by the customer or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Super Dine reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria outlined in this policy.

5. Exchanges:

  • Super Dine may offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.
  • Customers should contact customer service to arrange an exchange and follow the return process for the original item.

6. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, the return policy applies.

7. Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) to Super Dine in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Super Dine is not liable for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
